Alarm Users Review Board

Meets quarterly at the Clarkstown Police Department.

Reviews civil penalties or permit revocations levied by the Chief of Police. The civil penalties are for multiple false (burglar) alarms, which cause unwarranted responses by the Police. Established in accordance with Chapter 91 of the Town Code, it provides residents with an appeal process whereby extenuating circumstances can be presented to an impartial board.
