Stay Fit Seniors

Stay Fit Seniors Circuit Program is a 30 minute Wellness Program designed to work every major muscle group, your heart, lungs and mind, all while having fun! The program is based on three components, Physical, Mental and Social well being for a Clarkstown Senior’s best health. This program is for senior’s 60 years or older.

Days/Times: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9:30am - 4:00pm
