Third Annual Winter Wonderland at Congers Lake

Clarkstown Supervisor George Hoehmann announced the “kick-off” of the Clarkstown Cares Coat Drive. The program runs now through December 20th.

(New City, NY) - Supervisor George Hoehmann and the Town Board will award the 2018 Pride of Clarkstown Awards on Tuesday, February 5, 2019 at the Town Board Meeting scheduled for 7:00 pm at Clarkstown Town Hall, 10 Maple Avenue, New City.

Committee to focus on continued development and promotion of Clarkstown’s vibrant retail sector.

The Winter Wonderland light display will be open daily from December 13th to January 1st from 5pm to 9:45pm. Also, throughout the month the Town will be collecting socks for a local homeless shelter. The horse drawn wagon rides will also be available on December 14, 20, 21 from 6pm-8:30pm for a fee of $2 per person (cash only).

Clarkstown Supervisor George Hoehmann, met with Ramapo Supervisor Michael Specht to celebrate the completion of the construction of a new cul-de-sac that has been installed on Samuel Road in Nanuet at the border of the Town of Clarkstown and the Town of Ramapo.

Supervisor George Hoehmann announced that the Town of Clarkstown is collecting school supplies to help two local not-for-profit organizations, Advocating for Change, Inc., and People to People, distribute supplies to students before the start of the school year.

(New City, NY) - Supervisor George Hoehmann and Superintendent of Recreation and Parks Elaine Apfelbaum today announced that Congers Pool will open early again this year. In 2017, Clarkstown opened Congers Memorial Day weekend for the first time in the pool's history. Starting Memorial Day weekend, Congers Pool will be open Saturdays and Sundays, until June 23rd when the pool will begin daily operation for the season.
