Hours: The Office is open Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm. Evening hours are held 5:00pm-8:00pm on the nights of town board meetings. Please sign up for our online newsletter to stay up-to-date with when evening hours and other events are scheduled.
The Town Clerk's Office
Official Town documents are kept in this office and are available to the public. These include minutes of all Town Board and various commission meetings, agreements, resolutions, Town code and local laws. The vital statistics or records of births, deaths and marriages occurring in Clarkstown are also available through this office.

This office issues marriage licenses, hunting and fishing licenses, dog licenses, as well as, handicap parking permits. Free Notary Services are also available.
