Town of Clarkstown 9/11 Remembrance Ceremony

The Town of Clarkstown will be conducting a Remembrance Ceremony on Sunday, September 11, 2011 at 5:00 pm at the 9/11 Memorial in the park immediately adjacent to Town Hall.

At the event, Town officials will honor the memory of those who perished on September 11, 2001 and the strength and courage of their families and friends from Rockland who continue to mourn their loss.

The names of the Rockland County individuals who perished will be read by Supervisor Alex Gromack, Town Council Members and Police Chief Sullivan.

Immediately following the ceremony, there will be a reception hosted by The Florian Association of Rockland for families and friends at the American Legion Post 1682 located at 65 American Legion Way in New City.
