Road Closure - South Mountain Road, New City

The Town of Clarkstown will begin work on the South Mountain Road culvert replacement project beginning on Monday, July 28, 2008.  South Mountain Road in New City will be closed to thru traffic between Hemlock Trail and Tioga Court beginning on Friday, July 25, 2008.  A detour is in place.  The project site is in the vicinity of #569 South Mountain Road.  Barricades will be installed across the road and extreme caution is advised.

It is anticipated that South Mountain Road will remain closed until Monday, August 25, 2008.
