Information on the Clarkstown Justice Court
 The Clarkstown Court, one of the largest in terms of criminal cases handled in the state, has four Town Justices, It has existed in the Town of Clarkstown since 1786.
The Justice Court
Adjudicates civil and criminal cases, vehicle and traffic
offences, landlord-tenant cases, and small claims.
Handles all violations of Town Code and most violations of Environmental Law.
