The Clarkstown Highway Department maintains the majority* of the roads in Clarkstown. Please contact our department for any of the following issues:
Streets:
Drainage:

Catch basin cleaning or repair.

Town Easement blockage, i.e., debris or fallen trees that block the flow of water in a back or side yard Town-maintained channel.

Sewer Inquiries – Please call the Town Department of Environmental Control (D.E.C.), 639-2111.

Roadside Issues (Right of Way) generally the first 10’ in from the curb:

Trees – trimming of low hanging branches over the street or sidewalk

Seasonal tractor mowing along Town right ways.

Litter removal, including illegally posted signs.
